United FETCH is making waves as it arrives in Germany, to be exclusively used by new restaurant OHANA. Opening in Hamburg this Winter, the new Hawaiian inspired eatery will be using only FETCH for its ordering platform – bringing a taste of aloha to the palm of your hand.
Using the FETCH mobile ordering and payment solution, you’ll be able to order one of their home-made ice teas, fresh pressed juice and Kona coffee, or relax in the surf shack with a craft beer and plate of Cajun soul food. FETCH’s unique geo-location technology means that the OHANA team will easily be able to locate customers and fetch their food and drink for them – no table number needed.
Founded by POS8 co-founders Jason Jefferys and Julian Dabbs, FETCH utilises their impressive hospitality technology pedigree with Jason Jefferys being the original founder of iRiS Software Systems, a guest facing hotel technology platform, some 10 years ago. Julian Dabb’s is FETCH’s CTO and has a background in product in ecommerce, payments and integrations including working in APAC for Micros-Fidelio and Oracle.
